The Variety of Landscapes of Karkaraly National Park

Karkaraly State National Natural Park is an amazing natural attraction located in Karaganda Oblast, about 220 km southeast of the city of Karaganda. It is one of the specially protected natural areas of Kazakhstan.

It is worth going to Karkaraly National Park for several days, different trails take from 3 to 6 hours of walking, so you won’t be able to see them all in one day. You can stay in the nearby town of Karkaralinsk, or go from Karaganda by car.
There are special picnic areas in the park, but there are no shops to buy food – so it’s better to bring everything you need with you.
