According to the site of the embassy of Kazakhstan in the UK, citizens of the United Kingdom are exempt from visa requirements for visits up to 15 calendar days from the moment of crossing the state border between July 16, 2015 to December 31, 2017.

At the moment, there is no Kazakhstan embassy or consulate in Mexico, but you can contact the embassy of Kazakhstan to the US, or the consulate in New York.
Jose Esteves asks: Thank You for the answer! But my problem is that I have no way to send my passport to Spain because I'm outside Portugal and far away from any kazakh embassy. So, if You know something about the process of getting visa in consulates in Omsk or Astrakhan, like time and costs, i will be profoundly grateful!

I'm going in August to Russia and there is no Embassy from Kazakhstan in Portugal, so I'm thinking to apply for the visa in Russia, Omsk or Astrakhan. What is the best place? Yes, you need a visa to visit Kazakhstan but for the citizens of USA there is an option that you don't need to have an invitation from Kazakhstan to have visa. I think you should read more about it on the site of Kazakhstan embassy to USA. And here is their page about obtaining Kazakhstan visa.
